Last Day to Join Secret Sisters
This is the last day for Southwestern women to join “Secret Sisters,” a program designed for the ladies to encourage and get to know each other. Applications can by found in Harmon Hall.
Each applicant is assigned a “sister.” They are encouraged to leave a gift for that sister once a week on Secret Sister Day.
“Sometimes life gets you down and all you need is a little pick-me-up,” said KayLee Mason, junior and residence assistant. “A kind word of encouragement, a card made just for you, or some silly gift is all it takes to brighten up your day.”
The gift doesn’t have to be expensive. It can be an encouraging letter or Bible verse, a handmade card or even a small gift.
At the end of the semester there will be a tea party where the secret sisters are revealed. Secret Sisters is open to on- and off-campus students.
