Spiritual Activities Planned for Weekend

Freshmen and those participating in CORE will be on hand this weekend to enjoy spiritual activities scheduled throughout the Sabbath.

CORE Vespers, led by the Spiritual Life and Development office, will be held in Evans Hall Auditorium beginning at 8 tonight. Russ Laughlin, vice president of spiritual development, will present the message, “Who’s Responsibility It Is?” Refreshments will be served following the service.

On Sabbath, August 24, CORE Sabbath School, led by SLAD’s Austin Powell, will begin with a continental breakfast at 9:30. Pastor Jose Pagan will present the message “Eternity” beginning at 10. Both events are in Evans Hall Auditorium.
