How Much Do Finals Stress You Out?

Melissa Chacon

On a scale of one to ten, I would say I’m about a six for being stressed.  To relieve stress I will plan out my time wisely, make lots of lists of what I have to do, and probably knit.

To relieve stress I like to play video games, hang out with friends, and play sports, usually basketball in the gym.

I’m probably stressed out at about a level seven but I think in a week I will probably get to about a nine.  The way I relieve stress is I usually work out, and I do zumba because that’s a lot of fun and it’s just like a party.

I’m very stressed out for finals because I have a lot of papers due, I have a lot of tests this week, and I have a lot of singing performances.  To get not stressed out, I usually exercise.  It makes me happy and it’s very relaxing.

Honestly I’m not very stressed, even though I haven’t studied for any of the finals yet.  To relieve stress I have fun and play games.

My level of stress is relative to how many tests I have, but I’m generally not that stressed.

I have a lot of things to do in the next two weeks so I’m very stressed out.  It’s a lot of work, but to relieve stress I go to the gym at night.

On a scale of one to ten of being stressed out I would say I’m about an eight, and I play basketball and sleep to relieve stress.

I’m not very stressed right now because at the beginning of the semester I work really hard.  That way by the time finals come my test grade won’t really matter.

Right now I’m pretty stressed because it’s the week before finals and I have five finals, and a test I’m actually finishing right now that’s due in forty-five minutes.  Plus there’s master class tonight, and I’m getting sick.  I’m very stressed, but to relieve stress I talk to my friends, sleep, and listen to music.  Music really helps me.  I listen to “The Messiah,” it’s nice around this time, and Chopin also really relaxes me.  I think the most relaxing moments I ever have are right before I go to sleep, because that’s when I spend most of my time with God.  I wake up in the morning and talk to God, but it’s when I go to bed that I really tell him everything.  I think that’s how I sleep so well, it helps me drift right off.

Halla Kalmansson- music

Right now I’m only medium stressed out for the finals coming up.  To relieve stress I usually listen to music, play the guitar, basketball, football, or work out in the gym.

To be quite honest I am pretty stressed out right now. I have an exam final tomorrow and I am working on on my final draft for my research paper. I feel like I do not know what else to say on my paper. I usually calm my stress by praying and listening to music. Irvin- Spanish communications
