Sabbath Outreach Set For Hospital
Southwestern Outreach this Saturday, Oct. 27, will be Huguley Hospital visitations. Southwestern students and members of the community are invited to attend.
Vans will be available to drive people to the hospital. They leave at 3 p.m. from the Chan Shun Centennial Library.
“I’m excited to go with everyone and hopefully brighten up a patient’s day,” says Pierre Ortiz, outreach coordinator and sophomore theology major at Southwestern.
While at the hospital, people will visit patients in their rooms, share a Bible verse, sing songs, and help a patient in whatever way possible.
