Sabbath Activities To Include Ministries Fair

Eric Anderson

Tomorrow’s Sabbath activities at Southwestern Adventist University include Sabbath school in Evans Hall, church service featuring the Texas Conference President, and a Ministries Fair.

Eric Anderson, University president, will lead out in the Sabbath school discussion in the Evans Hall auditorium beginning at 10 a.m. The topic for the morning will be Jonathan, son of Saul and David’s best friend. “It’s a chance for students to talk about many interesting matters, including human friendship and friendship with God,” says Anderson.

Leighton Holley

To complete the revival series Reaching Like Him at Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church, both church services will feature Elder Leighton Holley, president of the Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. His sermon is entitled “Reaching the Unreachable.”

In addition, a Ministries Fair will be featured in the church’s fellowship hall from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students are invited to come by and visit each of the booths and sign up with the ministries they would like to support and be involved in.
