Recital Scheduled for Tonight
Southwestern’s Recital Series will continue tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the Wharton Auditorium. Instrumental and vocal students from the department of music will be performing music from composers Johannes Brahms, Frederic Francois Chopin, Franz Schubert, Edward Grieg, Thomas Arne and Camille Saint-Saens.
Instruments such as piano, violin, cello, flute, clarinet and trombone will be featured. The Recital Series is a great opportunity for the community of Keene and its students to witness the great musical talent that Southwestern’ musical program has to offer.
Jonathan Wall, chair of the music department, will be directing the recital. The Recital Series is free of admission to everyone.
