The art department at Southwestern is hosting a Veterans Day art show this afternoon from 4 p.m. to 6. It’s located at the Meadows Art Gallery in the Chan Shun Centennial Library.

All art is by students of Southwestern. The class that provides the art is taught by Marcella Wall.

The event will also feature live music at 5 p.m.  There will be a trio by Elaine McDonald, Candace McCormick and Megan McCormick. Other student performers are Jennifer Compean, Ivana Ticar and Enny Velasquez. Jonathan Wall, chair of the music department, will also sing. John Boyd, professor of music, will play the piano.

The event is free to the public and refreshments will be served.
