GMAT Workshop Available in October

Jerry Chi

People preparing for the GMAT test are invited to a free workshop hosted by the business department at Southwestern Adventist University. It is intended to provide MBA program applicants with the knowledge and skills they need to have confidence in their abilities, and give them a leading advantage when they take the exam.

The class uses the KAPLAN GMAT premier program. Instructional materials for quantitative analysis and verbal parts of the tests will be provided free of charge. Take home practice tests will also be given for free.

Held in Pechero Hall, room 126, this workshop will offer tips on how to improve test-taking skills, and will review the test’s subject matter.  Some of the classes, for example, will cover critical reading, or data sufficiency.  The workshop meets every Monday in the month of October from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. beginning Oct. 3.

Southwestern’s GMAT workshop is free, but seating is limited. Dr. Jerry Chi, chair of Southwestern’s business administration department, will be in charge of the workshop. To register for the workshop, email Chi at chij@swau.edu.
