Where Lost Items Come to Rest

Many lost items end up at campus services.

Most students have, at some point in their scholastic career, experienced the horrible feeling that comes from losing a valued possession on the school grounds. Jeremy Knaubert, a sophomore and a radio/TV/film major, understands the feeling well. “I lost my backpack this semester. Star Fest Brings Safe Holiday Fun to Keene

As the sun went down over Keene on Oct. 31, residents and students were able to share the excitement of Star Fest, the 22nd annual celebration created as an alternative to Halloween. Kids watched the bike show, which is new this year, and the goal of which is to share the message with young people to stay drug-free.  The Keene Police Department actively participated in this show, providing four police cars to be jumped by the bike before the evening was over. Students Enjoy Retreat During Fall Break

As nearly the first six weeks of the semester came to a close on the weekend of fall break, many students signed out of their dorm rooms and headed for home for a well-earned rest. But for those who stayed on campus, another option was made available. It was called the L.I.F.E. Retreat. Southwestern TV Show Airs Oct. 6

Channel 31 KGSW, the television station at Southwestern Adventist University, will be embarking on a new endeavor soon. On Wednesday, Oct. 6, the first episode of a brand-new, unique TV show will air. What’s different about this show is that it will be made almost entirely by the students at the University.
